What we're working toward
- Build awareness to mobilize and share resources for welfare, emergency needs and holistic development.
- Support participatory local initiatives of young people, the poor and marginalized sections of society to stimulate self-reliance and sustainability.
- Develop interfaith, inter-ethnic and inter-cultural understanding and cooperation for the promotion and protection of human rights, peace and social harmony.
- Undertake participatory action research and publish work that promotes greater awareness and policy advocacy.
An independent U.S. nonprofit
Asian Resource Foundation USA is an independent nonprofit based in Lanham, Maryland, registered as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization since 2017. We work to meet the needs of vulnerable communities — particularly in children's education, child rights, women's empowerment and youth leadership development.
We exist to mobilize human and financial resources to respond to the emergency needs of people affected by disaster and crisis, including emergency relief and reconstruction programs.
Because the communities we serve are multi-cultural, we work as a platform for interfaith and intercultural cooperation for peace and development, building links with philanthropic individuals and organizations worldwide.
Support raised here, delivered on the ground
ARF USA raises support in the United States and works with trusted local volunteers and community organizations to deliver aid directly to families — from emergency food distribution in the U.S. to pandemic relief for low-income families in Bangladesh.
